Policies for PopRock(it) Drone Photography & Multimedia

Please review the following terms and conditions for all bookings with PopRock(it) real estate photography and drone photography, Downeast Maine . Your booking and payment of the deposit confirm your acceptance of these policies.

I, Tammy Venneri, operating as PopRock(it) Drone Photography and Multimedia, provide drone photography and videography services for real estate media projects, special events, and construction projects in coastal Downeast Maine (Hancock and Washington Counties).  

Real Estate Media Package:  

Drone & Walk-Through Starter ($350): A 1-2 minute 4K walk-through video (without voiceover, edited with music and transitions), 5 drone photos (front shot at 40-60 ft + 4 corner shots), 5-10 high-quality interior photos, formatted for MLS (horizontal) and social media (vertical).

Other Services: For special events (e.g., festivals, weddings) and construction projects (e.g., progress flyovers), I offer day rates, hourly rates, and custom project contracts. See details on my  Events & Construction page).

Deliverables: Will be provided via email (photos) and a private Vimeo link with a password, emailed upon completion, within 2 business days, barring unforeseen delays (e.g., weather affecting drone flights).

Payment Terms: Total Fee for "Starter": $350 (Drone & Walk-Through Starter), plus any applicable mileage fees (see below). For special events and construction projects, see rates on my Events & Construction page).  

Payment Schedule: 30% of the total fee ($105 for Drone & Walk-Through Starter) is due at booking, payable online via GoDaddy Payments or PayPal (3% fee applies). 50% of the balance ($122.50 for Drone & Walk-Through Starter) plus any mileage fees is due upon my arrival at the property, payable via Zelle or PayPal (3% fee). The final balance ($122.50 for Drone & Walk-Through Starter) is due upon delivery of all final files, payable within 7 days via Zelle or PayPal (3% fee).  

Late Payment: A 5% late fee will apply to any balance unpaid after 15 days from the due date.

Mileage Fee: No additional fee for properties within a 30-mile radius or 30 minutes’ drive from my location in Cherryfield, Maine (whichever is more restrictive). Beyond this radius, a fee of $1 per mile (one-way) applies, with a $25 minimum and $100 maximum, added to the 50% payment due upon arrival. For all-day appointments (e.g., 4+ hours round trip to Bar Harbor or remote lakes), I’ll notify you in advance, and the appointment will be scheduled as a full-day booking. The fee will be calculated at booking based on the property address.

Delivery and File Access: Final deliverables will be provided via email and a private Vimeo link with a password, emailed upon completion. The link will remain active for ongoing access, subject to my Vimeo account status. Hard files (e.g., 4K MP4 videos, high-resolution JPEGs) are available upon request for an additional fee of $25, delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer. These files will be accessible for 30 days from the delivery date, after which access will expire, and I am not obligated to provide them again unless a new request and fee are agreed upon.

Ownership and Usage Rights: You will own the rights to use the delivered content for marketing the specified property, event, or project, including MLS listings, websites, and social media. I, Tammy Venneri of PopRock(it) Drone Photography and Multimedia, retain the right to use all content I create (e.g., walk-through videos, drone photos, Reels) for my own marketing purposes, including but not limited to my website, portfolio, social media, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit will be given where practical (e.g., “Video by PopRock(it)”).

Timeline: I will commence work upon receipt of the initial 30% payment and aim to deliver all files within 2 business days, barring unforeseen delays (e.g., weather affecting drone flights). I will notify you of any delays promptly. Agent walk-throughs with agent on camera and mic, delivered in 3 business days.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellation with Intent to Reschedule: If you need to cancel due to a legitimate reason (e.g., a closing is postponed or you’re unexpectedly tied up) and wish to reschedule, you may do so at no additional cost, provided you notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The 30% deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment, which must be booked within 30 days of the original date, subject to my availability. If you fail to reschedule within 30 days or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.  

• Permanent Cancellation: Either party may permanently cancel this agreement with 7 days’ written notice. If cancelled before completion, you will be refunded the remaining balance minus any work completed (prorated at my hourly rate of $50/hour). No refund will be issued for work already delivered.  

• Cancellations Due to Weather or Force Majeure: If I need to cancel due to weather conditions (e.g., high winds, fog, or rain making drone flights unsafe) or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, illness, government restrictions), I will notify you as soon as possible. We will reschedule the appointment for the next available date at no additional cost, with the 30% deposit applied to the new date. If rescheduling is not possible (e.g., the listing sells), I will refund the deposit in full.

Liability: I will perform services with reasonable care and skill. I am not liable for any indirect damages (e.g. prolonged time on market) arising from your use of my photos and videos.
